(Redirected fromIC 42)

This is a partiallist of IC objects, which areastronomical objectsincluded in theIndex Catalogueof Nebulae and Clusters of Stars. This two volume catalog was published in 1895 and 1908 byJ. E. L. Dreyer.

The constellation information for this table is available from theNGC2000.0: Complete New General Catalog and Index Catalog.[1]In some cases, theNASA/IPAC Extragalactic Databasewas used to confirm cross-identifications of galaxies.[2]The remaining data is from theSIMBAD Astronomical Database[3]unless otherwise noted.
