ISO 3166-2:PS

ISO 3166-2:PSis the entry for theState of PalestineinISO 3166-2,part of theISO 3166standardpublished by theInternational Organization for Standardization(ISO), which definescodesfor the names of the principalsubdivisions(e.g.,provincesorstates) of allcountriescoded inISO 3166-1.

ISO 3166-2 codes are defined for each of the16 governoratesof the State of Palestine.

Each code consists of two parts, separated by a hyphen. The first part isPS,theISO 3166-1 Alpha -2code of the State of Palestine. The second part is three letters.
