TheInteragency Training Center(ITC), also known as theFort Washington Facility,is aNational Security Agency(NSA)Central Security Service(CSS) school and training facility fortechnical surveillance counter-measures(TSCM) located inFort Washington,Maryland.[1][2]The U.S. government requires that all TSCM technicians be certified at the ITC.[3]The facility previously housed theDepartment of Defense's Office of Special Technology, which managed technology development and acquisition programs such as theTechnical Support Working Group.[4]The site is administered by theU.S. Navy.[2][4]
