James Fargo(born August 14, 1938) is an Americanfilm director.He directed numerous films from 1976 to 1998. After serving as assistant director toSteven SpielbergonDueland on many films starringClint Eastwood,he was then given the chance to direct the thirdDirty Harryfilm,The Enforcer,in 1976. Later he also directed Eastwood in 1978'sEvery Which Way but Loose.It would be his final film working with Eastwood. Fargo has also directed other films such asCaravans,A Game for Vultures,Voyage of the Rock Aliens,as well asForced VengeancewithChuck Norris.[1]

Fargo has also directed television shows, such asThe A-Team,Hunter,Scarecrow and Mrs. KingandBeverly Hills 90210.[1]
