Jason Rouser(born March 22, 1970, inTucson, Arizona) is a retired American sprinter who specialized in the400 metres.[1]

At the1993 World Indoor Championshipshe finished sixth in the 400 metres[2]and won a gold medal in4x400 metres relay.He won another relay gold medal at the1997 World Indoor Championships.

At the1996 Olympic Gameshe ran the 2nd leg for the American relay team that won a gold medal.
