History

This station received its originalconstruction permitfrom theFederal Communications Commissionon January 21,1998.[4]The new station was assigned theKCAScall signby the FCC on March 2, 1998.[5]KCAS received itslicense to coverfrom the FCC on April 11, 2001.[6]
