This station received its originalconstruction permitfrom theFederal Communications Commissionon February 19,2008.[3]The new station was assigned theKCGRcall signby the FCC on March 14, 2008.[4]KCGR received itslicense to coverfrom the FCC on November 4, 2008.[5]
