KOZT(95.3FM;"The Coast" ) is aradio stationbroadcasting analbum oriented rockformat. Licensed toFt. Bragg, California,United States, the station primarily servesMendocino County, California.It is currently owned by California Radio Partners, Inc. and features local programming.[2]
The station is one of the pioneers in theadult album alternativeformat, but co-owner and AOR pioneer Tom Yates prefersadult rock.
The Coast won theNational Association of BroadcastersMarconi Awardas "Rock Station Of The Year" in 2002 and has been nominated for four other Marconis. The Coast has also received threeCrystal Awardsfor community service.
