KQOD(100.1FM) is acommercialradio stationinStockton, California.It carries anRhythmic AC-leaningClassic hip hopradio format,and is owned byiHeartMedia, Inc.Itsstudiosand offices are on Lancey Drive in Modesto.

KQOD has aneffective radiated power(ERP) of 6,000watts.Thetransmitteris on Arata Road in Stockton.[2]KQOD broadcasts in theHD Radiohybrid format. Its HD2 subchannel formerly carried arhythmic contemporarydance musicformat known as "Club Jam."

On January 24, 1980, the station firstsigned onasKFMR.[3]It was owned by Carson Communications and aired aneasy listeningcountry musicformat.

On November 23, 1994, it changed its call letters toKQOD.[4]It aired an oldies music format.

In 1999, the station was acquired bySan Antonio-basedClear Channel Communications,the forerunner to today's iHeartMedia, Inc.[5]
