Kalyan Sarees was founded in 1992 by T. S. Ramachandran,[2][3]the grandson of T. S. Kalyanarama Iyer who foundedKalyanin 1909.[4][5]First showroom opened inThrissur,followed by showrooms in Coimbatore,Kannur,ThiruvananthapuramandKozhikode.[6][7][8][9][10]
Kalyan Sarees have partnered with actorJayaramto be their brand ambassador.[11]
