Karli(pronounced[ˈkaːɾli];Italian:Carli) is a small settlement in theCity Municipality of Koperin theLittoralregion ofSloveniaclose to the border withCroatia.Its relative isolation has resulted in its population moving to larger settlements and there are no permanent residents left.[2]
