Katlang(Pashto:کاټلنګ,Urdu:کاٹلنگ) is atehsilin theMardan DistrictofKhyber Pakhtunkhwa,Pakistan.[2][3][4]It is located approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north ofMardan.The population of Katlang was 343,144 in 2017.
Katlang topaz

It is estimated that there are anywhere between 70,000 to 9,000,000 carats of pinktopazin and around Katlang. It is estimated that the Mingoraemeraldand the Katlang topaz have a worth upwards of 20,000 rupees per carat.[5][6]
