Fictional character biography

Kid Amazo is a cyborg created by mad scientistProfessor Ivo,who seeks vengeance against theJustice League.He is given thehuman identityof Frank Halloran and forms a close relationship with Sara Shapiro, who, unbeknownst to him, is Ivo's daughter and the donor of his human DNA.

Kid Amazo attempts to become a superhero, but his failures lead him to become a supervillain instead. The Justice League's members defeat him by voluntarily arguing, destabilizing Kid Amazo's mind and causing him to explode.

Rebirth

A new Kid-Amazo,Reggie Meyer,appears in theDC RebirthseriesSuper-Sons,and was created byPeter Tomasiand Jorge Jimenez.

Reggie's family was previously infected with the Amazo virus, giving them superpowers and enabling them to become superheroes. However, Reggie refuses to partake in their activities, obtains Amazo armor, and becomes a supervillain.[2][3][4][5]

Powers and abilities

The first Kid Amazo can mimic the abilities and minds of the Justice League's core members. This gives him superhuman strength, speed, invulnerability, flight,heatandx-ray vision,and a healing factor.

The Rebirth incarnation of Kid Amazo can duplicate himself and others, gaining increased strength the more clones he creates.
