Kierra Smith(born February 1, 1994) is a Canadianbreaststrokeswimmer.[1]She won a gold medal in the200 m breaststrokeat the2015 Pan American Gamesand a silver medal in the200m breaststrokeat the2018 Commonwealth Games.

In 2016, she was officially named toCanada's Olympic teamfor the2016 Summer Olympics.[2]

2017 season

In September 2017, Smith was named toCanada's2018 Commonwealth Gamesteam.[3][4]

International Swimming League

In the Autumn of 2019 she was member of the inauguralInternational Swimming Leagueswimming for theEnergy Standard International Swim Club,who won the team title in Las Vegas, Nevada, in December.[5]

2020 season

In June 2021, Smith was officially named toCanada's Olympic teamfor the2020 Summer Olympics[6](taking place in 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic)
