Konoe Hisamichi

Konoe Hisamichi[1](Cận vệ thượng thông,1472 – 1544)was a Japanesekugyō(court noble) of theMuromachi period(1336–1573). He held the regent position ofkampakufrom 1493 to 1497 and from 1513 to 1514.

He was the son ofKonoe Masaie,and the father ofKonoe Taneie.A daughter of his was a consort of samuraiHōjō Ujitsuna.Another daughter, later known as Keiju-in, was the wife ofAshikaga Yoshiharuand the mother ofAshikaga YoshiteruandAshikaga Yoshiaki.
