Kugelis,also known asbulvių plokštainis( "potato pie" ), is a potato dish fromLithuania.

Potatoes,bacon,milk,onions,andeggsare seasoned with salt and pepper and flavoured, for example withbay leavesand/ormarjoram,then oven-baked. It is usually eaten withsour creamorpork rindwith diced onions.[1]
