LabotasorLeobotes(Greek:Λαβώτας or Λεωβώτης) was the son ofEchestratusand was the fourth king of Sparta from theAgiad dynasty.
Labotas led a war against theArgivesbecause theKynouriaoccupied and supposedly lived in the surrounding areas that thePerioecihad inhabited.
According toJeromeand theExcerpta Latina Barbarihe reigned 37 years. After his death, his son Doryssos inherited the throne.
