This Upper East Side hotel is located 1,050 feet fromCentral Park,150 feet fromMadison Avenue,and 550 feet fromFifth Avenue.[3]The Lowell provides on-site dining at its preeminent restaurant and bars like the Pembroke Room, Majorelle, Jacques Bar, and The Club Room.[4]
The Lowell has 74 rooms.[5]Guests also have the option of renting out a 2,900-square-foot three-bedroom penthouse for $300,000 a month.[6]
The Lowell underwent a $25 million three-year renovation and re-opened to the public in 2017.[7][8]Los Angeles based interior designerMichael S. Smithand London Architect Mark Pinney overlooked the renovations.[9]
