Maksim Petrovich Skavysh(Belarusian:Максим Петрович Скавыш;Russian:Максім Пятровіч Скавыш;born 13 November 1989) is aBelarusianprofessionalfootballerwho plays as aforwardforTorpedo-BelAZ Zhodinoand theBelarus national team.

Career

Skavysh began his playing career withBATE's reserve team, and joined the first team during the 2008 season when the club won the league.[1]

Skavysh was a member of theBelarus U21that finished in 3rd place at the2011 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship.He played in all five of the matches and scored in the 2:0 group stage win againstIceland U21.He also represented theBelarus Olympicteam that participated in the2012 Toulon Tournamentand the2012 Summer Olympics.[2]

He made his debut for theBelarus national football teamon 3 June 2013, in afriendly matchagainstEstonia.
