Mark Sopi(1938-2006) was anAlbanianprelateof theRoman Catholic Church.
Biography
[edit]Mark Sopi was born on inBinač,Vitina,Kingdom of Yugoslavia(modernKosovo) on February 6, 1938. From 1995 to 2006 he was the titular bishop ofCelerina.From 1995 to 2000 he served asApostolic Administratorof theRoman Catholic Diocese of SkopjeinMacedonia,while from 2000 until his death in 2006 he was theApostolic Administratorof the Roman CatholicApostolic Administration of Prizren.After his death, bishopDodë Gjergjisucceeded him as newApostolic Administrator of Prizren.[1]
