Martin Mackin
Martin Mackinis a formerIrishFianna Fáilpolitician who served briefly as asenatorfor the final weeks of the21st Seanadin 2002, when he wasnominated by the Taoiseach,Bertie Ahernto fill one of the vacancies caused by the election of a nominated senator toDáil Éireann.[1]He is a former press secretary for the Fianna Fáil party and was General Secretary of the party from 1998 until 2003.
