Thegolden-winged manakin(Masius chrysopterus) is a species ofbirdin the familyPipridae.It is the only member of themonotypicgenus,Masius.[2]

It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its naturalhabitatsaresubtropicalortropicalmoistmontane forestsand heavily degraded former forest.
