Nafkha scored twice inÉtoile du Sahel'sCAF Confederation Cup 2006group stage match againstEspéranceto help seal their place in the final.[1]
On 12 December 2010, he has signed a four-year contract withSwiss Super Leagueclub FC Zurich.[2]
In 2020 he retired and became assistant manager of Étoile du Sahel.[3]
