Mondiaal Nieuws,also calledMO* - Mondiaal Magazine,(Dutch:Global News) is aFlemishquarterly alternativenews magazinewith a special focus onglobalization.The magazine is published as asupplementof the news magazineKnackinBrussels,Belgium.

History and profile

MO*was established in 2002.[1]It is a quarterly supplement ofKnack,a Flemish news magazine.[2]Newsco Publishing, a subsidiary ofRoularta Media Group,is the publisher ofMO*[3]of which headquarters is in Brussels.[4][5]The magazine publishes articles onglobalizationanddevelopment,but it focuses on those topics that are not covered by mainstream media outlets.[4]

The website ofMO*,launched in 2007, covers articles published in four languages,Dutch,English,SpanishandFrench.[1][5]

In 2013 the circulation ofMO*was 99,699 copies.[6]
