Mount Suisho(Thủy tinh nhạc,Suishō-dake,lit. "Mount Crystal" ),also known asKurodakeorMount Kuro(Hắc nhạc,Kuro-dake,lit. "Black Mountain" ),is a mountain in the southeastern area ofToyama Prefecture,Japan.It is designated as one of the100 Famous Japanese Mountains.[2]
Overview
[edit]Mount Suisho is the highest mountain in theToyamaandKurobe Riverarea. It is the 23rd highest mountain in Japan.[3]
Etymology
[edit]It is named "Mount Suisho" (crystal mountain) after the large crystals that have come from the mountain. As the mountain looks black, it is also named "Mount Kuro" or "Black Mountain".[4]
