TheMunicipality of Vitanje(pronounced[ˈʋiːtanjɛ];Slovene:Občina Vitanje) is a municipality below the slopes ofPohorjein northeasternSlovenia.Its seat is the town ofVitanje.The area is part of the traditional region ofStyria.The municipality is now included in theSavinja Statistical Region.[2]
