NGC 6560is aspiral galaxylocated in theconstellation Hercules.It was discovered byLewis A. Swifton 22 October 1886.[3]

Threesupernovaehave been observed in NGC 6560: SN 2021brb (type II,mag. 18.8),[4]SN 2021qqn (type Ia,mag. 18.5),[5]and SN 2022oyp (type II, mag. 19.6).[6]
