TheNorwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education,NOKUTis aNorwegian government agency,established in 2003 as part of theQuality Reform.Its areas of responsibility include quality assessment ofNorwegian universities,university collegesandcollegesof tertiaryvocational education,and assessment of foreignhigher education.NOKUT has 76 employees, and its director isTerje Mørland.

Each year since 2014, NOKUT has been collectingsurvey datafrom the national student surveyStudiebarometeretwhich measures the perceived quality of education for study programmes offered by the higher education institutions inNorway.[1][2][3]
