Netu Yukam

Netu Yukam,according toAyyavazhi mythology,was a time when another fragment ofKroniwas created into two wicked persons calledThillaimallalanandMallosivahanan.They ruled over the people most wickedly by extractingUliyamandIraikal(taxes) from them. When it became unbearable, theThevarkal(celestial beings) complained toIsvaran,who in turn commissionedLord Narayanato carry out the destruction of the wicked rulers, which he later did.
