Nowdan(Persian:نودان)[a]is a city in, and the capital of,Kuhmareh DistrictofKuhchenar County,Farsprovince,Iran.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 2,589 in 581 households, when it was inKazerun County.[5]The following census in 2011 counted 2,574 people in 669 households.[6]The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 2,892 people in 841 households.[2]

In 2018, the city was separated from the county in the establishment of Kuhchenar County.[4]
