Osamu Takizawa(Lung trạch tu,Takizawa Osamu,13 November 1906 – 22 June 2000[1])was a Japaneseactor.He was born inUshigome,Shinjuku,Tokyo.Starting at theTsukiji Little Theater,Takizawa participated in a number of theatrical troupes before formingGekidan MingeiwithJūkichi Uno.[1]His was praised for his performance inDeath of a Salesmanand also directed a version ofThe Diary of Anne Frank.[1]Perhaps his most notable film role was inFires on the Plain.[2]
