It passes through Verkhnya Syrovatka, Stinka, Hlybne, Samotoivka,Krasnopillya,Zemlyane, Mezenivka, Slavhorod, Porozok, Pozhnya, Druzhba, Shurove, Shyrokyi Bereh, Vilne,Velyka Pysarivka,Rozsoshi, Vinnytski Ivany, Leskivka, before terminating inBohodukhivat Tretyakivska Street (Highway P46) and Kharkivska Street.[citation needed]
