PNS Zafar
ThePNS Zafar,orNaval Base Zafaris anaval baselocated in the vicinity of theNavy NHQinIslamabad,Pakistan.[1][2]Commissioned in 1974, it serves as a headquarter of theNorthern Commandof thePakistan Navy.[3][4]
The PNS Zafar is a namesake ofCommanderZafar Mohammad,thecommanding officerof thePNSGhaziin 1971, and is alogistics depotall Pakistan Navy personnel stationed at Islamabad.[5]
