- Pelagon, also calledPelasgus,[2]son of theriver-godAsopusby thenaiadMetope,daughter of the riverLadon.[3]He was brother toIsmenus,Corcyra,Salamis,Aegina,Peirene,Cleone,Thebe,Tanagra,Thespia,Asopis,Sinope,Ornea,Chalcis,[2]Harpina[4]and Ismene.[5]His sisters were abducted by various gods as punishment for their father's deed.[6]

- Pelagon or Pelegon, who is given in theIliadas the father of thePaeonianwarriorAsteropaeus,son of the river-godAxiusandPeriboea,the daughter ofAcessamenus.[9]Presumably this Pelagon was theeponymousfounder ofPelagonia.
- Pelagon, a native ofPyloswho fought underNestorin theTrojan War.[10]
- Pelagon, an "illustrious" companion of the heroSarpedonduring theTrojan War,who removesTlepolemus' spear from Sarpedon's thigh.[11]
