Percy Appleyard(born 9 March 1935) is a formerAustralian rules footballerwho played withSouth Melbournein theVictorian Football League(VFL).[2]

Appleyard won the 1953Tallangatta & District Football Leaguebest and fairest award, when playing with the RAEME FC (Bandiana).[3][4]

Appleyard played withWodongain theOvens & Murray Football Leaguebetween 1954 and 1958 and kicked 100 goals.

Appleyard was captain / coach of theLavington Football Clubin 1959 in theTallangatta & District Football League.
