Râșcais acommunelocated inSuceava County,Western Moldavia,northeasternRomania.It is composed of five villages: Buda, Dumbrăveni, Jahalia, Râșca, and Slătioara. The name Râșca comes from theSlavicword "речка" which is a diminutive of the word "река" meaning "river".
