Shinqar(Persian:شينقر)[a]is a village inEqbal-e Sharqi Rural Districtof theCentral DistrictofQazvin County,Qazvinprovince,Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,647 in 443 households.[4]The following census in 2011 counted 2,137 people in 631 households.[5]The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,823 people in 558 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
