Lake Singrenacocha[1][2](possibly fromQuechuasinkriyto walk in a line / to string,[3]sikriy, sinrito stringbeads,-naasuffix,quchalake)[4]orSigrenacocha[5]is a lake inPerulocated in theCusco Region,Quispicanchi Province,Ocongate District.It is situated at a height of about 4,377 metres (14,360 ft),[citation needed]about 3.82 km long and 0.88 km at its widest point.2.78 km2.[citation needed]Singrenacocha lies in theVilcanotamountain range, northwest of the largerLake Sibinacochaand north of theCallangatemassif.[2]
