Sumpia(Javanese:ꦱꦸꦤ꧀ꦥꦶꦪꦃ,romanized:sunpiyah) isIndonesiantraditionallumpiaspring rollwith much drier and smaller shape. Its diameter is about the same as human finger. Just like anotherIndonesianlumpia,sumpia consists ofprawn flossas filling in alumpia wrapper,spiced withcoriander,lemon leaf,garlicandshallot.[1]

InIndonesia,the most common filling for sumpia isebiordried shrimpfloss.
