Use by Russian-language sites?

I looked this page up because someone was using it as a way to do.ру (ru in Cyrillic letters) while avoiding whichever agency manages the.ru ccTLD. Are there more secondary RS on this?RadioactiveBoulevardier(talk)01:04, 21 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
