The first sentence of the article previously read, "Black women are women of Sub-Saharan African and Afro-diasporic descent." But Australian Aborigines and Melanesians (and perhaps many others) are also generally called "black." A few months ago, I edited the sentence to read, "Black women are women of Sub-Saharan African and Afro-diasporic descent, as well as women of Australian Aborigines and Melanesian descent.", but the edit was later reverted by another editor without adding any explanation in the edit summary. I have reverted it back. I am also adding a reference that shows that Aboriginal Australians are indeed generally called "black", which is a bit like adding a reference saying that the sky is blue, but apparently it is necessary since it got removed previously...
