Mentioning of the Code of Federal Regulations on Pottasium Bromate as a Food Additive

[edit]

The use of potassium bromate is proven to be used safely in the malting of barley under certain conditions perscribed in Title 21 CFR Ch.I (4-1-05 Edition) section 172.730. Mention of this regulation in the article would be helpful to people wanting to know how Potassium Bromate is used as a food additive.
