When to use
Use this when the page should not exist anywhere on Wikipedia under any circumstances (e.g., someone drafting an online petition with no connection to Wikipedia, or kids posting their home addresses).
Donotuse this just because you heard the false rumor that editors can't use their main user pages as sandboxes, or because you thought there was a rule banning editors from writing about themselves on their userpages. These uses are permitted (as long as it's not 'excessive').
How to use
The template should be placed at the top of the page to be deleted.
