Teodoro Palacios Flores[a](7 January 1939 – 17 August 2019) was aGuatemalanhigh jumperwho competed in the1968 Summer Olympicsand won the silver medal at the1963 Pan American Games. Teodoro's son is Grammy nominated American composerMarcos "Kosine" Palacios,of the production group,Da Internz.[1]

Palacios died on 17 August 2019 at 15.10 CET inKrankenhaus Rooseveltin Guatemala.[2]He was 80.
