Teruo Murakami(Thôn thượng huy phu,Murakami Teruo,1938 – December 17, 2013)[1]was an internationaltable tennisplayer fromJapan.

Table tennis career

From 1959 to 1961 he won several medals in singles, doubles, and team events in theWorld Table Tennis Championshipsand in theAsian Table Tennis Championships.[2]

His four World Championship medals[3][4]included twogold medalsin the doubles withIchiro Ogimuraat the1959 World Table Tennis Championshipsand team event at the1959 World Table Tennis Championships.[5][6]

He also won twoEnglish Opentitles.
