Planned to be 1,021 feet (311.2 meters) tall, it is mixed-use building with residential, office, and hotel space.[2]Upon completion in 2026, it is expected to become thetallest building in Austinand thetallest building in Texas.Waterline will displace theChase Tower in Houston,which stood as the tallest building in Texas for over 40 years, longer than any building in Texas history.
