VK Budva(full name: Vaterpolo klub Budva) is a professionalwater poloclub based inBudva,Montenegro. As of 2021–22 season, it competes in theMontenegrin LeagueandRegional League A1.
Names
[edit]It was formerly known asSD VK Mogrenbetween 1947 and 1992, and asPVK Budvanska Rivijerabetween 1992 and 2008.[1]In 2008, it changed its name to VK Budva.
History
[edit]It was established in 1946. In 2008 VK Budva started to participate in theAdriatic Water Polo League.It played in the Final four of Water Polo Euroleague in 2011 and finished 4th.
