TheEyalet of Vidin(Ottoman Turkish:ایالت ویدین; Eyālet-i Vīdīn)[2]was an administrative territorial entity of theOttoman Empirelocated in the territory of present-day north-westernBulgaria.It was formed in 1846 and its administrative centre wasVidin.It was incorporated intoDanube Provincein 1864 and its sanjaks were reduced to townships except Vidin.
