William Watts (priest)

William Watts(bMuch Marcle14 March 1667; dAbbey Dore15 October 1722) was aWelshAnglicanpriestin the 18th century.[1]

Watts was educated atBrasenose College, Oxford.[2]He graduatedB.A.in 1666,M.A.in 1669, andB.D.in 1676. Watts becameRectorof Abbey Dore in1677; aCanonofHereford Cathedralin 1677;Precentorof Hereford in 1686; andArchdeacon of Llandaffin 1707.[3]
