On 27 March 2011, Russia moved to year-rounddaylight saving time.Instead of switching betweenUTC+09:00in winter andUTC+10:00in summer, Yakutsk Time became fixed atUTC+10:00until 2014, when it was reset back toUTC+09:00year-round.[2]
